Hello, my name is Kate. 

I’m a New Hampshire native who has spent most of my adult life in both New York and most recently London, UK. 

Having worked in Banking and FinTech for nearly 8 years, I finally decided to take some time off to reflect and work on my passions. My two biggest passions: food + travel. I come from a long line of family members who "live to eat" and was also inspired at an early age by a wanderlusting grandfather to travel the world.

After moving to London in 2014, I was blessed to meet my now husband who shared my passion for both food + travel. We've seen some amazing places and eaten some incredible food, but I realized quite quickly that both my health (and my waistline) were not going to last forever.

Always into running and yoga, my health journey really started after I had my gall bladder removed in 2007. I ignored my diet for quite a long time afterward, always feeling quite sick but never really addressing why. I found my way to the Whole30 in 2015 and completed my second Whole30 in 2016. I now eat a mainly Whole30 diet (with shades of grey...and wine).
